Objectives of WBS implementation:

2. Encourage reporting of matters that may cause financial or non-financial losses.
3. Help management detect potential violations at an early stage.
4. Protect the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity.
5. Reduce losses caused by violations through proper follow-up actions.

Scope

Reports under the WBS may relate to suspected actions that could cause losses to the company, including corruption, irregularities, conflicts of interest, gratification, fraud, or other governance violations.
